Corrective structural works were carried out on the façade  and roof due to water penetration causing damp and internal damage. In addition to these works the internal first floor layout was reconfigured to create a larger master bedroom with walking closet and new ensuite bathroom. Also all other bathrooms were updated with decorations and bespoke joinery throughout the rest of the house.
